Loveland Pass, CO

This is a trail head for some relatively easy hiking on top of amazing mountain ranges. Loveland Pass elevation is 11,990′ – 12,500′ (per the Forest Service) so your car has done the majority of the climbing for you and you can more easily walk along mountain ridges and jaunt up to even higher peaks. But, be warned, it can still be difficult to breathe up here.
You can hike up Mt Sniktau, hike along West Ridge Trail (amazing views!), or for something a bit easier, you can head to the lakes (beautiful!). You can also use the trails here to access other 13ers and 14ers.
