Drove out to Loveland Pass and got some great views of the Continental Divide. The beginning of the hike was bitterly cold and windy. Thankfully, the wind died down. We hiked out to the ridge where some boarders and skiers were also making the trek to then head down the slope. The snow was very deep in parts. Part of the unmarked trail was on the side of a hill so was very unstable and caused much distress. This hike ended around 12400 ft elevation. Great hike in the snow.
