Well, it’s the last day. So incredibly saddening. Breakfast was also sad. The fare was nothing like we have been enjoying. After breakfast we headed outside to wait for the shuttle. Our luggage goes in the trailer and we squeeze into the shuttle van. We make it to the airport, check in, and get rid of our luggage. We are of course early so we walk around the airport, checking out the souvenir shops and – surprise, surprise – the chocolate shops. We make our way to the gate and board the plane. The food is not as fancy heading back to the States; but, we do get some chocolate. Our connection is in London and our flight is a double decker! Pretty cool. While walking down the jetway, on the way to the plane, Kristin gets pulled over for a random security inspection. Ha! the security guard gets a kick out of the amount of chocolate she is bringing back to the States. We eventually make it back to SFO, claim our luggage, and head home courtesy of Dan’s Chauffeur Service.
