12-17: Pick up Mom from airport. 12-18: Hike Bergen Park. Sous Vide Pork. Sides of broccoli and crispy crowns (Mom is hooked now). 12-19: Hike Elk Meadow Park clockwise. Make Pork Fried Rice. 12-20: Hike Elk Meadow Park counterclockwise. Eat at Beau Thai. 12-21: Visit Downtown Denver. Eat at Potbelly's. 12-22: Hike Evergreen Lake.
