Our Planned Itinerary:Eat bagels. Hike Bear Creek trail through Corwina park and Lair of the Bear park. Eat rosti waffles, cheesy spaetzle, and swedish meatballs. |

What better way to start the day than with bagels?! Mom made bagels -plain and cinnamon raisin. They were delicious! After breakfast we head out to Corwina Park/Lair of the Bear Park and walk along the creek. The walk started out cold (again) and quickly became hot (again)! The hike was gorgeous and relatively flat. At one point, the hill was steep and icy. Mom got to try out the crampons/ice cleats. They really helped! Dinner was rosti waffles, cheesy spaetzle, and swedish meatballs made with bison, elk, lamb, and pork. Also delicious!
