Our Planned Itinerary:Eat amazing pizza at Beau Jo's. Walk around Evergreen Lake. Also, walk on the lake when the trail around the lake is too slick. Make the menu for the week and make shopping lists. |

We headed to downtown Evergreen today. First stop was Beau Jo’s for tasty pizzas. We got Motherlode, Dude Ranch, and Lil Italy. All quite delicious!
Then we trekked around the lake to try to work off some of the pizza. Most of the trail was covered in snow and ice. A but treacherous! We discovered that walking on the frozen lake was much easier. Lots of people were ice fishing on the lake. The walk was pleasant and the weather was great.
